This one-hour program examines lawyers' ethical obligations when using generative artificial intelligence in legal practice. Through practical examples and hypotheticals, the presenters will address verification of AI-generated work, protection of client information, client communication, reasonable fees, and supervision. Participants will learn to identify ethical risks, apply the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct, and establish safeguards that preserve independent professional judgment and accountability.
